Right. It was one of the top news stories of the day yesterday, It's odd they don't want to read about it, talk/post about it or hear about it.
It's not odd at all. The Mueller report was very detailed and every American should have read it, yet it was ignored in favor of lies from Trump's new bigger and better fixer, Barr. There is a certain gullible segment of our population that are easily duped. When you are the victim of a con man, you want to deny it because it's just too embarrassing to admit that you were dumb enough to be conned. My husband saw that mentality all the time in police work. The victims of a con job insisted that the con artist would be back with their money or what was promised for their money. They just couldn't accept the facts until it finally hit them in the face. It's no different with the die hards. Remember, some of the people here are paid to spread disinformation and lies. A divided nation is a weak nation, or so the theory goes.
There is another segment of our population that is just plain tribal. He's our guy and I don't care how bad he is as long as he's not the other guy. Again, this mentality is gullible and cult like. It exists on both sides. They can't see that cutting off their nose to spite their face isn't a good idea. Some of them are low information by choice, because they really just don't want to know. You see it with the resistant comments to read the reality of how bad Trump is here. It's not hard to weed out those paid to sew disinformation. They counter with insults and are void of any facts.
