The people who "stoke" anger and rage aren't nearly as guilty as those who CREATED the anger and rage.
Stoke and create are synonyms in this context.
What you meant to say is that the people who stoke the anger are not as guilty as those that inspire it.
That's enough language arts assistance for the self-inulgently angry, today.
Sure they are. The people who stoke the anger are are 100% guilty.
Just as the violent criminal is 100% guilty for their actions.
Society cannot be responsible for the mental illness and emotional instability of everyone who decides to be angry.
Or those who makes bad choices, are too mentally weak to not indulge in anger, too low IQ to not be able to parse morality, and too undisciplined to change their lives.

Since society looks the other way, society gets more violence.
Terrorists can invent any agenda and narrative that they wish. That doesn't make the agenda and narrative valid.
Terrorists / sociopaths hurt people to get what they want.
Society doesn't owe terrorists anything.
Yes terrorists are evil. So again, why is it so hard to divide instead of continuing to pretend getting along? I support division of people of different cultures, races, political leaning, income and social status. I support division of terrorists and mentally ill - every single one - out of society.

No, "stoke" and "create" are not synonyms.
I meant to say exactly what I said.
The anger was created and has been bubbling beneath the surface for centuries and is now being vented.
