The problem is bigger than just mail-in ballots. The same way coronavirus is bigger than just itself. If the rest of the hospital beds are taken up by coronavirus patients, what about the guy that has a heart attack? Where does he go? People aren't going to stop having OTHER life-threatening injuries and emergencies because of coronavirus. The same way that it isn't like the only type of mail the USPS might struggle with delivering on time are mail-in ballot requests and ballots to/from the voter.
Another example of Maine agriculture industry negatively impacted by Trump's actions. Maine's lobster industry has been decimated by Trump's trade war. China was buying massive amounts of Lobster from Maine but they switched to buying from Canada due to Trump's trade war. Now chicken farmers are impacted too because Trump delayed mail in order to invalidate votes by making them late. Maybe Trump will tell the post office to only delay the ballots but allow chickens to get through faster. But the Maine lobster industry is still suffering.
Maine needs to remember their Susan Collins and the bill regarding USPS retirement benefits.
Maine would rather forget about Susan Collins all together. She did nothing for the people when she was a local rep in Maine, she's done less for them since she got to Washington.
The only thing she can brag about from her local time was stopping the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard from closing, but even then she seemed to forget that about half the people working there live in NH.
Horrible way for those little chicks to die. Already over it with the USPS, but this is disturbing that they can’t get their ish together and innocent animals suffer because of it.
Lies. USPS had problems before Trump. Quit crying about Trump over everything.
