How is anyone surprised? Part of the woke mob's postmodernist platform is normalizing pedophilia because our society is disrupting their "lived experience". They even rebranded it like everything else, now they call pedophilia "intergenerational intimacy"

It's true.
The only female role models they have are sexualized, unless they have traditional religious families, which is portrayed in the movie. But social media is powerful. Even professional conservative women in the media are sexualized.

Wrong country and FTR, I'm not a big fan - although it's one of those situations where reasonable people can look into the root and intent of a tradition. What it has to do with the difference between depiction and promotion, I am baffled to understand.
