I guess at USA Today that if an employee is non-hispanic caucasian that they are not a member of a "diverse leadership team".
It seems as though if someone just happens to be caucasian and have a disability they are not a considered a contributing member of USA Today's "diversity leadership team"
I wonder why they don't brag about their circulation which is down 77% from 2007. The lower circulation numbers have nothing to with diversity, but it seems that a businesses number one priority is have customers and their print customers are down 77% in just 13 years.
This seems like a desperate ploy to beg for people to become customers, not by bragging about the articles they write but the ethnic group of their employees.

USA Today also bragged that it has a female editor in chief and that the leadership is 57% female.
It's their own business who they hire and the people who they happened to think were the best journalists were 57% female than good, but it's odd they brag about it.
