Maybe because it's not something that just started after the democrats started demanding mail-in voting everywhere? It's a normal business response to losing billions and billions of dollars on a pretty well continual basis.
Every time I've gone to youtube recently the top video that comes up for me is from the trump campaign mocking biden, talking about "the real Joe". Certainly doesn't sound like a pro-Biden thing is happening here.

I know people who work for Alphabet.
Youtube has algorithms that remove bot users. You have no idea how many hundreds of thousands of accounts were generated by bots just to upvote/downvote videos relating to politics.
It sounds like Youtube is working hard to fight off Russian/Chinese bots.
