Both parties have been taken over by extremist fringe groups the left BLM, antifa, AOC etc The right Qanon the alt right, Trumpisim.
Will we ever bring this country back from the brink of extremism? its really scary what's going on. We don't have moderates anymore its either you join my party ideology or you're a traitor and get primaried voted out.
We need a voice of reason candidate I think Biden is as close as we can get at this point. But even he will prob be controlled by the fringe sad.

This is accurate, Trump actually moved the Republicans to the left. They are now about where the Democrats were in the 90's.....the problem is that the left has embraced the far left and things like socialism and even communism.....and to those out there on the fringes of the left, anyone to the right of Marx is "far right"
We need our friends on the left to reject fringe extremism and make an effort to regain some sanity.....but they'd have to admit the error of their ways first, and I just don't see that happening. They simply lack the intelligence and self awareness required for that.

There are more and more dems who look at the craziness on the far left, which have taken over control of the Democratic Party, and are leaving it.
Between the nutso new green deal, defunding the police, the far left / anarcho riots being tacitly approved by Democrat leaders, mayors and governors, many dems are realizing how the Democrat Party leadership is no longer recognizable to them.

Another example was on the RNC last night. I heard Kimberley Guilfoyle say that democrats "want to destroy America". If she had said democrat policies would destroy America, i would say OK, she's entitled to her opinion. But democrats WANT to destroy America? - makes absolutely no sense. She might as well have said "flying gerbils eat snowflakes".

I agree with what you are saying. But, there is a big enough sliver of people that vote Democrat who do want American torn down limb by limb. The problem is that the Democratic Party is allowing these folks to continue to act up without discipline. Do these malcontents make the rest of the Party look bad? You bet they do!!!!!!!
But it's much like a very bratty unruly child without any corrective actions from a parental unit that is causing this problem. If I'm Nancy Pelosi, I'd end it now! Put your foot down Nancy and police your own Party. Sadly, it's this is not happening. She'll gladly allow the poor behavior if there is even a small percentage that is makes Donald Trump look bad.

Who are you referring to? I don't think antifa even vote democrat - they hate all political parties. Maybe BLM vote democrat. You think protesters are going to take orders from Nancy Pelosi? Fat chance!
