In their attempt to limit mail-in voting in PA, Trump and his team sued PA over the provision of drop boxes for mail ballots. The federal district judge Nicholas Ranjan, nominated by Trump, ordered the Trump team to produce evidence of voter fraud related to mail ballots during discovery. In response, the Trump team produced a 524-page document that had nothing to do with mail ballot fraud. In a supplemental response, the Trump team threw a temper tantrum and declared they needn’t produce actual evidence of fraud, because they are only alleging the possibility of voter fraud.

Sometimes it’s fun to imagine what that judge must be thinking. I might be a little peeved by the 524-page waste of time. I might be even more displeased with their response that they don’t need evidence to support their lawsuit’s claim. I might be particularly incensed by attorneys asking me to adjudicate all possibilities and permutations of fraud their deranged brains can dream up, without evidence.

I don’t know much about the law, but this sounds like a good time for the defendants to ask for summary judgment in this joke of a lawsuit.

Mail in voting is gonna happen come hell or high water. I’m not going to a poll and neither are millions of other Americans. I’m mailing mine in.

And Trump will just have to live with that reality.

1 in 5 Ballots Rejected as Fraud Is Charged in N.J. Mail-In Election

Following accusations of widespread fraud, voter intimidation, and ballot theft in the May 12 municipal elections in Paterson, N.J., state Attorney General Gurbir S. Grewal announced Thursday he is charging four men with voter fraud – including the vice president of the City Council and a candidate for that body.
In the City Council election, 16,747 vote-by-mail ballots were received, but only 13,557 votes were counted. More than 3,190 votes, 19% of the total ballots cast, were disqualified by the board of elections. Due to the pandemic, Paterson’s election was done through vote-by-mail. Community organizations, such as the city’s NAACP chapter, are calling for the entire election to be invalidated.

Mail-in ballots have long been acknowledged by voting experts to be more susceptible to fraud and irregularities than in-person voting. This has raised concerns from President Trump and other Republicans about the integrity of national elections in November, which are expected to include a dramatic increase in mail-in ballots. If Paterson is any guide, it ought to concern Democrats as well.
Over 800 ballots in Paterson were invalidated for appearing in mailboxes improperly bundled together – including one mailbox where hundreds of ballots were in a single packet. The bundles were turned over to law enforcement to investigate potential criminal activity related to the collection of the ballots.
The board of elections disqualified another 2,300 ballots after concluding that the signatures on them did not match the signatures on voter records.

Reporting by NBC further uncovered citizens of Paterson who are listed as having voted, but who told the news outlet they never received a ballot and did not vote. One woman, Ramona Javier, after being shown the list of people on her block who allegedly voted, told the outlet she knew of eight family members and neighbors who were wrongly listed. “We did not receive vote-by-mail ballots and thus we did not vote,” she said. “This is corruption. This is fraud.”
There were multiple reports that large numbers of mail-in ballots were left on the lobby floors of apartment buildings and not delivered to residents’ individual mailboxes, further casting doubt on the integrity of the election.

Trump is pushing these attorneys to make ridiculous claims, although they should know better. He is running these attorneys like he runs everything else, he won't listen to good advice and he won't take no for an answer, he wants compliant yes men.

So they make these ridiculous arguments in court, knowing it will fail. So long as they get paid they will swallow their pride and make fools out of themselves before the bench.

Let's see if Donald stiffs them ...

If Trump wins, you can be absolutely certain that the democrats will be crying loudly about mail-in-vote fraud, along with countless other reasons why he's an illegitimate pesident. I'd be willing to be they've already got people working on that stats that prove it in prior elections.

It is tough to produce much evidence when there is little to be found.

Someone can drop off a ballot into a ballot box rather than stand in line to vote. They could drop off the ballot BEFORE the voting lines start because they can do this drop off prior to when voting starts. Get the mail-in ballot at home, complete the ballot and drop it off at the designated ballot mail ballot drop-box, rather than mailing it. Some counties/towns have outdoor drop boxes just outside the elections board offices. Others have drop boxes indoors but just inside the entry doors so you can run inside, drop into the drop box and quickly leave.

Check website of your local elections board to learn of drop-box options for mail-in ballots. Or call them to get drop box locations.

This way no line and avoid USPS delays.

Trump is challenging ballot drop boxes in PA. It’s absolutely unforgivable what he’s doing to suppress voter participation.

Democrats are going to get their widespread voter fraud come hell or high water. It's time to just accept the fact that we're going to get socialist style elections from here on out.

They don’t care. They’re racking up billable hours.
