Honestly Dolly Parton should be president. She is one of the most inclusive and tolerant people on the planet; not to mention extremely talented. The entirety of the current administration and every member of C-D combined wouldn’t equal the talent she has in a single finger.

Dolly Parton is a talented singer, a successful businesswoman, and a generous philanthropist. Why she would say anything in favor of a terrorist group who hates her race, who hates her success, and gives nothing but destroys everything, I'll never know. Other posters have suggested that her words meant something else, and given the relative ambiguity of her statement, I'm willing to believe that. I just hope that someone who is as smart, ambitious, and downright good as she is, won't fall for the evil that is BLM.
I have a lot of respect for Dolly Parton. But if she supports BLM, I now have less respect for her.
I wouldn't take that quote, especially out of context, as her supporting the organization BLM.
You can support the sentiment without supporting the political agenda of the organization itself.
But that's why the organization chose that name and phrase .....
To purposely conflate the two, in order to garner more support from the blissfully ignorant.
