Phenomenal agenda he's laying forth!

Looking to the future and advancing America as a strong, independent super-power once again.

Contrast this with the absolutely boring infomercial Democratic convention, where all they did was blame Trump, react in a victim-like mentality, and look backwards to the Clinton and Obama days.

Guy had two years of full control and didn't do a fraction of what was promised. And people expect him to do more with less?

I do believe that Trump has the ideas to be in the top 5 but his approach to getting his ideas implemented is often grating. He is so used to being the boss that he doesn't realize in politics you have to be slippery smooth to coerce fellow politicians to do your bidding. Trump is an outsider and he doesn't know the back door dealing ways of DC which in a way is refreshing and part of the reason he was elected.

Trump fans don't see anything wrong with MAGA or making America the dominant power house world leader it used to be but the Democrats have different ideas for us. We only need to look to the border to see how opposite the 2 parties are. The Democrats want to open America to the world, they give law breakers Sanctuary and Biden is promising amnesty for 11 million of them, who knows what happens to the other 10 million already here... Trump on the other hand believes that America is worth protecting with a wall and security forces and all he wants from would be immigrants is to follow the law and come here LEGALLY. It is a pretty basic concept.

Trump could be on the list of top Presidents but it will never happen when the Democrats have been pushing back and fighting him on every single thing he tries to do.

Kool-Aid does have its value.

"Teach American exceptionalism". Can anyone tell me how that isn't similar to what authoritarian regimes like China and NK do?

Also, most of these have zero details and are mainly just talking points. How does Trump plan to create 10 million new jobs? Anyone could say they're going to do anything, especially when their supporters have proven they don't care about the truth or facts related to actual performance. He could've said he's going to create 100 million jobs and his supporters will call him GOAT. Trump's policies didn't create jobs the first time around. He coasted on existing policy and Fed manipulation of the market.

There are others like "create a vaccine by the end of 2020" that just aren't going to happen. Some company- not the government- might say they have one by the end of the year, but it will not have been thoroughly tested for potential long-term side effects. Vaccines take years to develop, not months, so for that reason alone, it's unlikely to happen in 2020. Companies trying to develop a vaccine are trying to skip those crucial steps and fast-track something because there is a ton of money at stake. Furthermore, we just had confirmation that people can become re-infected. This is very bad news for a long-term or permanent vaccine. If people can actually get it again after just a few months, it means that any vaccine would have to be redeveloped every year similar to the normal flu vaccine- if that's even possible. Furthermore, an increasing number of Americans have stated they won't take any vaccine even if there is one.

And why should we trust Trump on *anything* related to the pandemic when his performance so far has vacillated between incompetence and willful neglect?

As for things like drug prices and heath care reform, where was any of that when they had full control of government? The only thing they tried to do was to end the ACA without any replacement plan. They couldn't even do that much.

This is a list of shiny objects for his supporters to claim are indicative of Trump's stunning leadership, but it's a leadership that has never existed. None of these things are going to happen because Trump himself is incapable of getting any of them done.

The irony is that at least some of these would be comfortable on the Democratic platform- and already are. You'd have to be a massive fool at this point to trust Trump to get any of this done, but the Democrats could.

He quickly found out once you get tough on immigration the left throws out racist roadblocks and stands firm on sanctuary cutie policies.

Imagine what we could get done if the left cooperated with Trumps plan.

You just convinced me to change my vote from Trump to Biden.

I want to see first hand how Biden stops COVID 19 in its tracks without another single US death ANYWHERE and follows in the footsteps of the messiah Barack Obama who saved the US from disaster with only 2 US deaths from the Ebola pandemic.

I'm also interested in seeing Madam Vice President Harris send her message out to all young girls everywhere and that is if you sleep with the right powerfully connected men that you too can play second fiddle to a man with dementia.

It's basically a Cinderella story.

No?
