Why is Non-Compliance Never Discussed After Police Shootings? These Are Almost All Avoidable Incidents
There has to be other ways to deal with a guy who is walking way than to shoot him in the back 7 times.
What happened in WI is called "resisting without violence", which is an offense that is added on to other charges the person is facing.

B-b--b-but I thought compliance was bad! When businesses want me to comply with their mask rule, I thought I was supposed to resist because AMURRICAH! MAH FREEDUMS!
Are you saying compliance is good?
Seriously? You are comparing being stopped as a suspect by the Police to fighting against a tyrannical government?
Okay I guess that is your Right but don't come crying to us that the Police roughed you up or shot you when you choose to attack them.
I choose to follow the law but sometimes mistakes are made. I was driving outside my state and got confused in a work zone with all the barrels and cones and took a left turn when the light changed. I didn't realize a cop was behind me and that I wasn't in the proper turning lane. He was a decent guy that treated me with respect and I returned the same to him. He realized that I had made an honest mistake and he let me go without even a warning and guess what he was a black guy!
I wasn't happy that I got pulled over but then again I was guilty. I wasn't about to fight "the man" because that is not what normal people do. We accept our guilt and the penalty for doing wrong.
I know in this day and age that is an unusual stance to take but I guess it is due to my politics leaning Right...

If you don't want to get shot, don't ignore the police warnings to stop, and keep walking to your vehicle, which may lead officers to assume you may be getting a gun from your car to shoot the police with.
So as a society, the USA is saying if someone is concerned for their safety and resists arrest -- it is open season for the cops to kill.
Weigh the punishment vs. sthe benefit.
When I was a teen I snuck out to meet up with friends. Cops 'crashed' our little late night rendezvous -- we all ran. Thank goodness they didn't shoot us.

Use of lethal force should not be based on an assumption that someone may be getting a gun.
He made a mistake and will probably have to face the music for it.
But you are right in saying 100% obedience in presence of a cop can save your life.

Dude how do you think the tyrannical government is going to enforce its tyranny?
Okay, I guess it's your right to think everyone has to kneel and obey in front of every cop but then don't go crying I DON'T WANNA WEAR A MASK, IT'S NOT FAIR TO MAKE ME! when the law says you have to.

Obviously this all completely went over your head - we're not talking about what the cop did. He may be guilty of homicide and spend 50 years in jail, or he might me absolved, it doesn't matter.
This thread is about putting the odds on your side.
The situation that led to a firearm discharge would completely have been avoided had the suspect complied with police instructions. By not complying, he put himself and the officer in danger and made the situation completely unpredictable.
Following police orders is one of the few things you can do with almost 100% effectiveness in actually saving black lives. This is a parallel discussion to weather or not the shooting was justified, because you can avoid the shooting in the first place. By telling young men to be confrontational with police, you are setting them up for incidents such as this. Part of this is intentional sabotage by white anti-capitalists who feed off the chaos and use black people to further their cause. If they cared about black lives, they would be constantly reminding people to comply with police orders and if anything improper happened, they would be defended in court in lawsuits and reprimands to the officer

Jeez you're not making any sense. The Police stop people breaking the law or confront criminal suspects. They are not going after the law abiding for political reasons. In fact they've been instructed to stand down by Democrat Mayors and are not going after violent rioters and looters.
Do you believe Americans have the right to revolt and overthrow an oppressive govt?
The only oppressive Government in America is when Democrats get elected and want to raise my taxes and force me to buy health insurance that I don't want.
