"I hate it that he was laying in that bed with the handcuff onto the bed,” his father, also named Jacob Blake, said Thursday. “He can’t go anywhere. Why do you have him cuffed to the bed?”
Asked why his son was handcuffed, Blake’s father replied “he’s under arrest.” The father also said it was unclear what charge or charges his son might be facing, explaining “right now, we don’t know. We’re playing it by ear.”
He was already wanted on a warrant prior to this event for charges of domestic abuse and sexual assault from 7/07/20. He already has convictions for this on his record, as well.
He’s a loose cannon who can’t stay out of trouble - just like every other BLM angel we’re supposed to hit the streets and fight for. Just waiting for the eighth grade graduation photo. lol.
unfortunately, while we should listen to his mom and exalt her, his father has already admitted he cannot be trusted. He has said he "doesn't trust any white people" and repeated incorrect statements of fact of the matter.
And now claims he doesn't know why, when all the world knows there was a warrant for his arrest on felony charges.
Dad's not thinking clearly. He's thinking in terms of escape. That doesn't mean he won't pick up a knife or fork and stab someone. And like retiredcop said - he's under arrest. You're either handcuffed or in prison.
It was a 3rd degree sexual assault charge. The charge has been removed and Jacob is no longer cuffed to his bed.
Being paralyzed, where was he going to go anyways?
