Of course there is no way to do a study, elect Hillary and then expose the world to the same virus.
Although Hillary has more medical cred than Donald, the is no hard reason that I know of why she would have pushed for more pandemic preparedness the first 3 years of her Presidency. Would she have responded to Wuhan faster and/or with more vigor by Jan1?
So IMO her results would be grossly similar to our reality. 1/2 the country still not believing or following the medical recommendations.
The more important question I would ask would be who better to lead us to more pandemic preparedness after this wake up call?
No one can say what Hillary would have done, no matter how much one applies science or whatever. She can say in hindsight what she would have done, but that means nothing at this point.
I think it's much easier to say what the predictable MSM would have done during Hillary's reelection year. They would have downplayed it and tried to stifle or tweak the infection and death rates accordingly. No masks, no social distancing, no economic crash brought on by lockdowns as there wouldn't have been lockdowns suggested or required by Hillary's bootlicking team of experts for fear of making it appear that Hillary didn't have a handle on the situation.
Not so fast! Large segments of the Left have been pushing for UHC for a long time. NOTHING in this world is stronger than a real Pandemic in moving that sort of policy forward.
Well, H1N1 infected 60.8 million Americans which is 2.5 times more than have tested positive for Covid WORLDWIDE. Had H1N1 been as deadly as Covid, there would have been over 900,000 die of H1N1. Considering, there were no travel bans, no mandatory masks, no shutdowns, and very little media attention on it compared to this virus, I'd say it's very likely Obama would have done a far worse job than Trump has done.
In 2009 the viral virulence in the world was nothing like Wuhan and then Italy before coming here. As docs about all we did was make doubly sure our patients were vaccinated. For a short while medical people wore masks in some higher risk situations, but that didn't last long.
It'd be less than what we have today for the simple reason that Hillary would not disband our pandemic response team and would not eliminate our pandemic disease team stationed in China to watch out for exactly something like this.
And she would not call the pandemic a hoax and would put in rules to wear masks in public.

Consider also that H1N1 deaths weren't all counted and the Covid count has been heavily padded.
The 170,000 deaths would be classified as suicides. Hillary would blame them all on an internet video. Bill would head up a fact-finding mission to the dark side of Thailand where he would be photographed with ladyboys in blue dresses, after which he would be hailed as a hero.
If Hillary had been elected, the Democrats would have brought Wuhanies to Old Folks home to kill as many as possible....I would estimate we would be at 1m plus dead Americans by now.
Since Dems are science-driven, they should be able to provide scientific study's proving that Hillary Clinton would have saved more lives than the 3,170,000 (as of 8-24-20) lives Trump has saved, or that she would have had less Covid-19 fatalities than Trump's 170,000.
If they cannot produce any specific scientific studies, then their claims are 100% anecdotal!
In fact, the Dems have no idea what Hillary would have done differently. It's 100% speculation.
For all they know, Trump saved MORE lives than Hillary would have, or Hillary would have caused more Covid-19 fatalities.
There are no Covid-19 related scientific studies mentioning Trump and Clinton by name whatsoever.
There are no double-blind, or peer-reviewed studies on that specific topic at all.
Remember when Dems posted endlessly that Hydroxychloroquine's effectiveness was all anecdotal?
So too then, is their claim that Trump's Covid-19 results were any worse than Hillary's Clinton's would have been.
They have NO scientific studies that address that specific claim, so their claims are totally anecdotal, heresay, speculation, & scientifically unproven.
If Libs are going to apply scientific studies to attempt to prove global warming, & the ineffectiveness of HCQ, then they must also apply specific scientific studies to the Trump accusations, or they must be refuted outright as being anecdotal.

Look at democrat run states if you want to know what the covid death rates would look like country wide.
