Teachers have a powerful Union that once they gain tenure makes it all but impossible to can them. Now you have some criers. Very predictable. I worked in a factory for 27 years. 3200 employees. No maybe to it, we would have a few hundred cry rivers . We had mandatory active shooter training. It was watch a video and take a 10 question test. We had people claim that the video upset them. I wonder what happened to the iron that used to be in our spines?

What do you propose? Mass shootings and school shootings are actually very rare. Most murders are Black on Black inner city driven. Maybe hold the Democrats that run those cities accountable for allowing Gang violence and being soft on violent crime?

Their "trauma" from a drill is nothing compared to an actual criminal event. Was probably a waste of time anyway.
