Mostly young white protesters in Pittsburgh yelling and carrying on. I think it is more of a temper tantrum than anything. Plus the young people want to be part of the victim crowd. Kind of sad, but that is the democratic way these days. Wildly left is what the young are all about.

I'm fear that she's going to need a few doses of reality to have the idealism knocked out of her. Take heed, young white liberal: BLM is not, I repeat NOT, your friend. They don't care how often you march with them. They hate you, and they will torment you, and they will make things difficult for you. You can count on it.
1) Those who are just craving in-person group interaction again and the only acceptable way to do it is a BLM march (where I live, people are still technically banned from meeting with people outside their household UNLESS it's a protest).
2) Idealists who really feel white guilt and think people of color are truly oppressed and think that supporting BLM is a noble cause.
Whites have been spoon fed hits guilt since birth by academia, media, and government. BLM didn’t have to do much but cry about racism and push the BLM narrative for naive and ignorant whites to jump aboard.
I’m waiting for a Jim Jones type to lead them to the promised land away from the nation of evil white supremacists. That’s how weak minded some of these kids seem to be. The media can convince some people of anything even when it doesn’t exist.

They don't have "white guilt". They just know that blacks have been oppressed historically and continue to be. That's not in question given the amount of data there is to back that up.
Young whites are just being more sympathetic than the older generations ever were, which is a good thing.
I live in a very diverse community (about 65 percent white and 35 percent minorities), yet the only people I see supporting BLM is the white liberals. The minorities are too busy working hard and studying to get ahead or running their businesses.
