-Took out 3 grown man, including one armed with a handgun
-Surrendered to cops with both arms up, palms out, weapon sling freely and muzzle down
-Index finger along side the trigger guard. Good finger trigger discipline
You don't really know much about firearms and self defense shootings do you? First thing is , if the person is still alive, call 911, then call the police, then call a lawyer. It has nothing to do with who is guilty or not. You don't just walk away. FFS...
So a person who kills another in self defense, should EXPECT to be arrested?!
Plus, cannot really claim this was self defense, as the kid was not at home, or even in the same city, he knowingly went somewhere where there was a riot taking place, and he brought a weapon with him...thats not self defense, that is going looking for blood.

I have to admit this struck me too. I thought when I first saw the video that he was just spraying on the ground in panic, but then I saw the handgun.
Crossing state lines with an illegal weapon for a 17 year old. Too young to legally open carry in WI. Violated curfew and did not comply with lawful orders. Fled the state as a fugitive from justice. Week before he was ticketed for driving 20+ over the limit without a license.

Would LOVE to see the high school dropout and right-wing gun nut locked in a cage for a while...
The "molotov cocktail" guy is still very much in question. If that was a bad shoot by the kid, it could put all the rest of the self-defense claims in jeopardy.
We'll see - I fully expect more details to be released in the future.
The first shooting will be applicable to that incident. As for as shootings 2 and 3, the Skate board, and flying kick Deputies, were clean self defense, unless it can be claimed that they were just going to hold him for the Police (aka their enemy).
