That's rich, talking about "weapons they aren't allowed to have," when Kyle was underage carrying AND using a deadly weapon against the law
the "peaceful" protester with his bicep turned into pizza by Kyle's AR is a prohibited possessor. It means he was a former felon and prohibited from carrying a firearm.....and he had a handgun.

Carrying the firearm illegally will have consequences for sure. Using it for self defense isn't against the law.
I have no idea how they are going to break this down. There was a curfew called, both Kyle and his group and the rioters shouldn't have been their in the first place. That is the big hurdle for the defense team, I would think. Then him being underage.
As far as the thug that got winged, he was allegedly a felon, so carrying a firearm is a federal offense, so hopefully he gets jailed.
You don`t hear anything about the black guy, that shot and killed a white guy and his daughter, in SC, four days ago.....over a fender binder. No outrage, over that.
Did you not see the man who threw what appears to be an object on fire continue to chase the kid and then get shot?
He threw something at him, that much is clear. I'm sure that while he was running and having stuff thrown at him, he was not stopping to analyze the thrown objects. The kid was 17, angry people were chasing him, shots were being fired near him. I think it's logical to assume he was afraid for his own personal safety.
What was his reason for going armed to a protest when he wasn't protesting?
BTW - these are not Colonial times. It is illegal for a 17-year-old to carry a gun in public in Wisconsin.
These protesters burn and loot, destroying businesses, killing the owners in cold blood. "Why would someone feel they need a weapon to protect themselves?" Duh.
This is going to be a difficult trial, if it occurs at all. Charging him is one step, convicting him is another.
Defense has oodles of information, all on video.

All crystal clear showing a violent mob chasing him.
