Something that is quite often overlooked when it comes to "what has so-and-so done since they have been in office?" questions is just staying the course in some areas and not instituting bad policies or new policies just for the sake of doing things. Avoiding mistakes and avoiding instituting bad policies is every bit as important as putting in place a new policy that fixes an actual problem.
