After two years of imprisonment before even having her trial she was finally able to be bailed out, due to public outcry, a lowered bail amount and donations that covered the $400k bail(down from a million dollars).
Right now she's either finally having her trial, starting this past September, or she's still waiting on her trial.
Who is this tool on the stand right now ? He stated that Kyle "re racked" the firearm. I'm calling total BS on this, and it should be able to be confirmed. Had Kyle did that, there would have been an unspent round ejected.
I think this was the guy that was found later to have stated he wish he had killed Rittenhouse on social media.
It's Gaige Grosskreutz, the guy who was shot in the arm.
Much of the prosecutor's questioning involved Grosskreutz being a paramedic, yet instead of running to the guy who had been shot, he ran toward Rittenhouse....just in case? That doesn't sound like something a trained paramedic who went there to assist would do, does it?

It goes for Rittenhaus and also (I might add) to any rioters in Portland or anywhere else. The comment stands for all sides. It especially stands for those who tried to support Trump's overthrow of the election process. If we are afraid of Trump and his band of bandits, then we've already lost our country.
Maybe it is ..afraid to not prosecute alleged murderers. As in, when blm antifa terrorized a town if they didn't find Chauvin guilty.

I'm not following your point.
You mention Rittenhouse, the 2020 rioters and the 1/6ers and only one of those groups pretty much got a soft pass for their actions in terms of facing trial etc.
In short, you seem to have identified which group that was indeed placated in major cities by not being fully prosecuted and it was the rioters that got soft treatment by the local DA's and Mayors of those cities DUE TO POLITICS.
One good example would be the Madison gal that lied to police about being burned. They just closed the investigation and walked away.
