Lol....and now it's going to be the prosecutors fault?
It's practically all on video. Pretty hard to make a winning murder case out of video footage of someone constantly trying to run away from their attackers.
He may have already done enough for a mistrial just with how he started out questioning Rittenhouse....after being given the absolute gift of the defense being dumb enough to put him on the stand to begin with.
The facts are all against the prosecution, so it was never going to be easy.

With the way this trial is going, I'd sooner wait on the jury than ask for a mistrial. Give them a chance to acquit so Rittenhouse won't have to go through another trial.
