It was not self defense...he had no business being there...he should be in prison as far as I'm concerned...not one business owner asked for this Thug to come protect their businesses.
It was literally the most clear cut example of self defense possible and he had every bit if not more business being there as anyone else given that the owners of a business asked him to help protect their car dealership from vandals.
The ONLY reason one would think he should be in prison is because they are are an unthinking NPC or they are ridiculously ignorant as to the facts and haven't watched the trial or any of the videos.
This could still go another way...we have no idea what those jurors are thinking.
any juror willing to acquit has to be hugely brave. you are right, doesn't matter what we think this is all about what t he jury thinks and its unfortunately way more than just the evidence.

Thanks for sharing your opinion, even if its wrong. He had every right to be there, even if it was a dumb decision.

You lost me at a White Skinhead Con yelling at Kyle while trying to take his gun "Shoot me N, Shoot me N"

Exactly. Well if he is found guilty, at least there will be a good reason for an appeal, with the way the prosecutor has been.

yep. this guy is just a freak. I mean he knows this kid is innocent. the only charge that has any chance ( and I am not sure about that) is minor in possession. that's a misdemeanor.
I will be honest here, I am dang impressed with this kid. He clearly delineated between threats and deadly threats, he didn't use force against threats. ONLY clear deadly threats. He also didn't seek to kill once he stopped threats.
That is some very serious discipline.
