Some of the comments following that tweet are insane
'need to find the ties between the judge and the far right'
it's dismissed because of "white privilege"
etc......

Only in your opinion. Now if he was walking around randomly pointing at people just walking by...then I'd see your point. Seeing someone armed should not be provocative for any reasonable person.

In the still images I've seen, I can't see a medkit and fire extinguisher. I see what looks to be about a 14 year old kid strutting around with an AR15. In a mob scene. And wearing medical gloves, for whatever reason.

Sorry, but your definition of a "reasonable" person being provoked by the mere observation of a firearm is like saying that a female dressed in a sexy outfit provoked her rapist by simply being dressed that way. Just because YOU would be provoked by someone legally exercising their rights doesn't mean that a "reasonable" person would be.

Have been watching the trial? If you watched it play out, you'd know why Kyle, at least in their words, was there and what he was doing.
There is a reason. He didn't just parachute in guns a blazing.
It's not as cut and dry like say, that lunatic that drove through protestors a couple years ago.

Problems with your argument
-Open carry is legal in WI. Legal with an L
-Can you show us proof that the aggressors AT THAT TIME knew Kyle was 17 and not supposed to have that AR and not after the fact
I’ll wait
