He lives 15 miles away and works there though....it's essentially his community. I live further away from downtown Houston than 15 miles, but I live in Houston. If something happens in the city, it's still my community.
As to the other "patriotic" residents, there was a decent sized group of them, the reason the kid was attacked was because he walked off from the group briefly, and that's when the sexual predator decided to pounce on him. He's got a thing for attacking minors when no one else is around to protect them.
Since no one else was attacked, they didn't have any need to shoot any of the DNC terrorists. This kid was the one attacked, and he did a damn good job defending himself.
I agree that he was defending himself...but my problem is the fact he is being tried in court for it...this sets a dangerous precedent, this trial should not be taking place at all...lots of people within the courts and police that are just doing their jobs...in trying someone for self defense!
If Rittenhouse had just stayed with Rosenbaum after shooting him, and not run down the street causing confusion that he was a man running from a scene where he just shot someone no one else would have been shot. This was concluded by Ryan Balch in this interview he made. This documentary on the shooting was well done all sides got a chance to speak.
You are implying this is all the prosecutors doing...that is totally inaccurate, LOTs of people within the court system and police dept are involved in trying this kid...(and they are guilty for just doing their jobs...violating a Constitutional right).
Prosecutors closing argument is strong I'm not sure Rittenhouse is going to be go free.
