If this is the case, it proves that KB hasn’t received a fair trial and grounds for the judge to basically dismiss and throw out all the charges, since this isn’t the first or second time that the defendant’s rights were compromised during this trial, to include misconduct from the prosecution’s office and officers.
I have no dog in the fight and I’m calling it on how “I” see it.
Even if KB is convicted on any of the charges he is currently facing, he has enough proof to show that he didn’t receive a fair trial, to demand, as per our current legal system, a new trial and in a different State court that far away from Kenosha.
Yes, KB is on trial, but so is our legal and justice system at this critical time in our country’s history.

Since the first amendment doesn't cover threats of death and great harm shouldn't these "protesters" be getting carted off in cuffs? Seems to me it's well past time for some counter "protesting". This is really pathetic.
Using deadly force against a skate boarder, that's one for the jury.
How you phrase things is out of this world. Nobody used deadly force against a skateboarder.. Deadly force was used against an attacker using a skateboard as a dangerous weapon.
How many times has someone slammed a skateboard over your head?
I don't think this is the first time that someone got hit with a skateboard, might be the first time that someone was shot. We will see if the jury sees that as self defense. The skate boarder was running after him because he killed Rosenbaum.
