I mean, that's what SHOULD happen. I can't speak to what the DNC terrorists are likely to do, but you don't prevent justice out of fear for what terrorists will do.
Also, I would think that sufficient National Guard troops are on the ground there to prevent it from getting too bad, this isn't like Portland where you have such an antifa friendly mayor that he's willing to let his town burn.
But the governor of Wisconsin, who controls the National Guard may be just that antifa friendly.
It seems you have justified Kyle being in the area...what about his being in the riot area after the 8pm curfew?
It has no bearing whatsoever on whether or not he fired in self defense. Trying to use the fact that he was breaking curfew as a reason he should be prosecuted for murder is a completely specious argument, as the same could be said about his assailants.
Your argument, along with the arguments about "he shouldn't have been carrying a gun" actually reminds me of some of the arguments I've heard about rape cases. "She shouldn't have been there, then she wouldn't have been raped," "She shouldn't have been wearing revealing clothing, then she wouldn't have been raped." It amazes me how some people can take a clear case of self defense and twist it to make it seem like the person who did not start the incident is at fault.
Likely manslaughter or 3rd degree murder, but he is in the hands of the legal system so he gets whatever he gets. If they let him go, then so be it, but my prediction is that he will serve a very long prison sentence and prison won't be kind to a 17 yr old, although he'll probably be 18 by the time he is transferred from jail to prison.

What is your basis for considering him guilty of manslaughter?
It doesn't matter, there is probably a reward for his head already, I wouldn't be surprised if in a while he fatally ended up dead in some suspicious accident ... he's a boy with no future.

So you believe the results of our Judicial System does not matter?
And if you don't like the results, you will get the results you want anyway?

There is still time for him to change his name and move to another state. (Then change his name again.) I made a couple people like him disappear (similar to witness protection), although that was back in the 80's when it was a little easier to do.
