So you got nothing, I agree.

And if you had the ability to provide something, you could change my mind. Here is my point, I have an open mind, unlike you, but I'll look at what you can provide, read it and then provide a decision.

Why is that wrong?

At this point, I’m thinking a hung jury or a guilty verdict on one or more of the lesser charges. A guilty verdict would most likely be tossed on appeal due to the complete mess the prosecution made of the trial and the fact that there’s a crowd of protesters intimidating the jury.

I'm guessing the judge will play the mistrial card if anything comes back guilty. He's waiting on the jury, hoping they'll sort it out correctly.

This verdict will present us with the idea if it is ok to protect yourself against commie brownshirts, therefore it is hard to see shadow gov allowing this kid to walk. Who is making threats?

I think they are afraid for their lives and making plans where to run when the trial is over.

Judging from the amount of damage that was done to Kenosha (I assume you saw the footage of the fires and looting?) the police weren’t do their jobs. That’s why the people in the community (Kyle and friends) got together to do what the police couldn’t or wouldn’t do. Like putting out dumpster fires.

That hippie skateboarder didn't have his skateboard there with him for transportation.

Huber's FELONY record included 2012 conviction for strangulation, false imprisonment and domestic abuse.

Can you blame them? There are some really violent nutters on the left. Just saw someone threatening the judge on twitter

I’d be perfectly comfortable with a mistrial being declared after watching Binger and his crew try to railroad the defendant. Personally, I think it should have been a mistrial the moment Binger started questioning Rittenhouse on his silence. Then again, there were four or five instances where a mistrial would have been justified.

As a side note, there should be a law that any prosecutor accusing someone of improperly using/carrying a firearm must have at least basic familiarity with firearms and the safe use of them. Binger sounded like a complete moron every time he opened his mouth on the subject, and watching him hold the rifle was enough to make any firearms instructor cringe in disbelief.
