Are you that discerning when it comes to what the leftist media has to say about - anything?
Apparently he did reference it in the courtroom...

Speaking in court earlier this week Judge Schroeder referenced the 'thousands of communications,' that he and his staff have received in the course of the trial which has been watched by millions.
He promised he would 'deal with' the senders and said, 'I wouldn't want to be those people.'
Why did you think a Jury would find him not guilty so easily do you think 100% of the population agrees with you? This is why I keep saying if you shoot someone and claim self-defense you better make sure 99% of the population agrees you were in Immanent death situation. This means the most liberal left wing socialist who could land on your jury agrees. Anything else is a gamble I'm not going to gamble life in prison over property. Just the world we live in random juries are just that never know what you will get.
I know firsthand what can happen even in the clearest cut case of self defense because of a DA just like the one in Kenosha. Thankfully the judge wasn't like that. Now even though "Defending "property" against the likes of these rioters and their favorite "harmless property related" crime which is arson IS defending life. Arson is right up there on the top of the list of nasty murderous crimes that show a complete disregard for life.
An arsonist is a complete varmint that both needs and deserves killing. And when a maniacal mob is bent on setting a city on fire and people say NO and fight back all the worst leftist lunatics in the world won't be enough because there won't be enough people that can sit on a jury. Most anyone there is will have been on one side or the other which makes thing a bit problematic for prosecutors who want to put folks on trial for anything.
TBH I'm surprised the deliberations are taking so long. Frankly speaking, a reasonable person would conclude that 3 days' worth of deliberations alone is enough to conclude that reasonable doubt exists, leading to a Not Guilty.

There’s reliable leaks now it’s the foreperson and one other for conviction and all others not. It’ll probably be a hung jury which is a win if you ask me
It’s weird they don’t mobilized NG for every murder trial except for this one.
It must have been the “peaceful” protesters, I guess
