Suburban DC in Maryland, in a couple of the wealthiest jurisdictions in the US. You need to get out more.

You can find impoverished areas with few services in nearly every part of the United States.

What Are Some Of The Other 3rd World Areas Of The U.S. Besides Appalachia?

Look at most democrat controlled cities and there you have it !!! The low IQ highly educated are full in those urban areas all across the nation !!!
