Since you brought up 'mayhem' I guess we'll go with the obvious:
Probably start with curtailing police brutality. That video someone shared that occurred months ago - black man was complying with officers, is then tased and then kicked in the back and then wrestled to the ground. The argument that "if you don't comply, you deserve to be shot" is bogus to begin with. The fact that we live in a nation where this sort of police action is defended and praised is the problem.
Equal treatment under the law. I don't think it is asking much.
In the case of your examples, LGBTQ people are... people. Treat them as such. Even to this day, we still see racism in many forms. If we had come to grips with this in the 1860s instead of continuing racism up through today, I think we wouldn't be having this conversation. The fact that we need laws to enforce equal protection speaks volumes of the inherent racism of many people in this country.
On the police brutality thing. Have you ever watched COPS and seen all the white trash the cops have to rough up to get them to comply? What exactly should a cop do when someone of color refuses to comply? Before you answer, put yourself in the shoes of a cop who is not sure what he is walking into or in some cases actually does know what he is walking into and is fearful because of it. When the perp refuses to stay still, put arms behind his back, get cuffed, starts getting physical with the cops and now the cops are not allowed to put pressure on his back to cuff him. What should cops do? Seriously. I am open to suggestions. The only thing I can think of is to just let them walk away if they won't listen and if they fire at the cops the cops simply have to accept being shot.
In regards to racism, does the left think it is possible to never have anyone on the planet be racist? Do they think that is an achievable goal?
What SPECIFIC things will make Democrats happy and stop their mayhem? What policies need to be enacted to get Democrats to stop screaming at people, stop causing damage and harm?
Do all white people need step down in the public and private sectors and hand over their positions to minorities?
Do white people need to give their homes and possessions to minorities?
Do all straight people need to give up their jobs to LBGTQ people?
Should minorities be tax exempt?
Should white people be taxed at 100% and that money be distributed as a Democrat government sees fit?
Should people be able to have anything of their own not authorized by a Democrat government?
Should all political parties be eliminated except for the Democrat party?
Should anyone from anywhere in the world be free to come and go into this country without any restrictions at all?
I know some of these are extreme but I am curious as to what it would take for the left to get to the point where they just go about life without complaining and causing trouble for people who just want to live their lives and to where minorities will no longer play the race card and act like they are at a disadvantage because of the white man.
They aren’t supposed to be appeased. They are supposed to be opposed and defeated.
Simple: One World Government. They must break our economy, which Obama tried very hard to do, but could not get the job done. Then, it moves forward from there.
If they are as ignorant as I think though, they won't be happy then as most of things they want are simply "pipe dreams" that can never be realized. Let's face it, anyone that could support Biden in his current "cognitive" condition has some issues.
1) Reform the police and prevent unfair brutality of the likes of this ever again
(No one should be shot in the back 7 times by the police for getting into their car)
2) Realize that systematic racism actually exists and nearly all of the poorest neighborhoods in the US are majority minority and pour more funding in order to create better infrastructure in those areas
3) Make politics more diverse by electing men and women of different ethnic backgrounds
4) Provide a better healthcare system so people don't have to pay for what should a human right
5) Take down all public Confederate monuments, as we shouldn't be glorifying the traitors of this nation
6) Abolish the electoral college, and make our elections popular vote only
Now these are big picture goals, and cannot be solved with simple legislation. However, the sooner our government starts working on these, the more people will be happy, and you will likely see less violence. Look rioting is the language of the unheard. Yes, it is wrong, but these people have no other way to show their frustrations at this broken and unequal system. People are tired and they want change now. No one was hearing their voices until this moment, and they hope that big fundamental change can be enacted. Yes, rioting is bad, but there was no other way to get their voices heard.

1) How should an officer get someone of color to comply when they refuse to and what do they do when the person of color decides to get physical?
2) We have a history of pouring money into poor neighborhoods and we have the result we have. Maybe we should understand what that money is for and not assume more money solves all problems. Trump has put more money into those neighborhoods through opportunity zones which tries to get the private sector involved in creating opportunities. Is that not a good thing and why is that not known by the Democrats?
3) People of different backgrounds need to run and then individual people need to vote for them. I'm not sure how a government can force people to run and vote for select people. Are you aware every single minority who runs as a Republican gets insulted and called names by the left? Is it possible the left needs to be more accepting of Republican minorities?
4) I agree on the healthcare issue. I just don't want the government to run it. I would be much more in favor of a tax payer funded voucher system which will buy a base level insurance policy and people could buy up if they want more. This would remove insurance being tied to a job and allow people to be more mobile.
5) I am fine with statues being relocated to a historical park. I don't think we should ignore our history, warts and all. I see no need to destroy them. Put them in a place where they can be studied in context.
6) Electoral college is critically important to how this country is designed. Without it, only a few major population centers would decide policy for everyone else. High population centers have nothing in common with rural areas and many suburban areas. Each needs to be represented. That is why our founders developed the system we have. Stop and think about it. If the major population centers were hard core conservative Republicans, would you still want them to decide all policy for liberal areas? No. That is why we are a Representative Republic and not a Democracy.
What will it take to get them to act like normal and kind human beings?

just sidelined, so with out this BASIC knowledge of what is now Democratic Socialism
pushing the idea that the government will take care of you is rather appealing to this
misguided group as most of them were brought up this way

LOL. Why would the President of the United States go to the funeral of a POS like Floyd? The fact that Floyd died under tragic circumstances doesn't make him a martyr. He as a very, very bad man.

He has done so repeatedly, only to be rebuffed and insulted by Democratic leadership at the state and local level. Everyone is fed up with the violence, the brutality and the destruction of BLM/Pantifa thugs. Trump is hearing that loud and clear-and has clearly shown empathy for those victimized by these criminals. Now, I wish he would keep his complete promise-send in Federal LEOs and arrest Democratic mayors, city councils and DAs that have aided, abetted and supported these domestic terrorists, charge them with federal crimes and hold them in detention until their trials. Do the same with the terrorists. Stop talking-git-r-done.
If he were to do that prior to the election, he will lose for sure because the left and the media will make hay with it. That is what they want. He is better to offer up the help if they ask for it for now, but wait until after the election to bring in the big guns if the Democrat mayors cannot figure it out on their own.
There is only one thing. It's getting Trump out of office. IF he loses, which I think is doubtful, all this racism crap would end overnight. Why? Because this means the media has eliminated their enemy and they'll no longer reinforce racism topic 24/7. For those who haven't figured it out yet, racism is a tool used to marginalize Trump, nothing more, nothing less.
