How would anyone know where is was heading? He was running away from a shooting, that's all that matters.
Even if it is true that they did not know if he would head to the police, they are still not police and have no business trying to arrest armed individuals. Even if he got away, it would be very easy to identify him and arrest him at some later point.
Of course, I do not believe for a second that they were trying to arrest him. They wanted to beat him up, maybe even kill him. They know that most likely they will get away with it.
But Trump is the President right now. So it’s Trump’s America where all this stuff is happening.
These events are happening at the local level, where mostly democrat/left mayors run things. They are letting these things play out for the sole purpose of trying to blame it on Trump and make him look bad for the November elections.
Why did a child go across state lines to "defend" property that was not his with a gun that he cannot legally carry?
He and his mother, who aided and abetted his crimes, should be in jail. Those who came after him were trying to disarm a dangerous criminal. In other circles, those who run toward danger to disarm an active shooter are called heroes. I guess not on the right.
Is Trump really praising Rittenhouse and granting permission to "make rallies open season on protesters" or is he pointing out that there are good decent people that have had enough of this nonsense and are unwilling to just roll over and take it but instead will protect themselves?
Guns should not be allowed at protests but how about a riot where looting and burning is going on?
In a truly peaceful protest there would be no need for a gun, clubs, bricks, fireworks, lazers, cans of gasoline or bags full of poop.
During the LA riots business's were protected by armed individuals. Have we lost the Right to protect our business and selves from the mob because the Democrats tell us they are in the right?
If the Democrat elected want to let their cities burn then let them but don't be surprised if some people will do what it takes to protect their property.
If the mob spills over into the suburbs I wonder how people will respond? I suspect we will see blood on the streets.
I do agree that Rittenhouse should have never brought his gun to the riot. I think anyone that attends a riot needs to have their heads examined so he should have stayed home BUT when you think about it the mob is demanding that Police stand down, they did and guys like Rittenhouse will step in to keep law and order.
Rittenhouse is just what the Democrats have been fighting for.
Keep law and order? Who else has died in Kenosha during these protests? Who else has been shot? That muppet got in over his head and committed two homicides. Law and order? Please.
When people say they want law and order, they only mean the laws that they agree with, and order as they see it.
