I suspect the stylist was paid handsomely for their efforts. I suspect if you can pay the same price you can get the same service.

when covid first shut down businesses and jobs, the media showed many pictures of people lined up in their cars at food banks to get free food to feed their families. ms. pelosi gave a tv interview sitting in front of her $20,000 freezer eating gourmet ice cream. she even proudly showed how many flavors she had stuffed in her freezer drawers.
businesses have now been shut down for 6 months as owners and employees struggle to stay afloat financially because of mandates demanded by california democratic party bureacrats. nancy ignores these mandates to get her hair done (and even eschews her face mask) because, once again, she won't be even mildly inconvenienced by the hardships others have endured. she never is.
