If you are age 50, and you died this year (please don’t vote), what are the chances it was COVID?
Be careful with your guess – it’s probably not what you think.

Answer?

Almost 10%. Yep. At age 50.

This isn’t to point out that COVID kills more than advertised – no – but instead, that at age 50 - you probably won't die of anything. But if you do...10% chance it's COVID.

Higher than you thought? Lower? Interesting stat...

Same question, age 85...?

Answer...10%.

Like I said...weird...

(If you’re a flat-earther, and think covid kills no one – please don’t bother responding – the data is the CDC’s, not mine, and I believe them and not you. By the way, influenza kills few folks by itself too.)
