Ted Cruz said either the websites declare their first amendenment rights where they are not a open forum or they call themselves a open forum.
if they declare they can control what goes on in their site then anything on their site should be held accountable. so if a terrorist or Blm member posts their then twitter or facebook should be able to get in trouble.
