As always, when you read something that doesn't sound right, it's probably false or misleading.
I couldn't find a single MSM article, or business media, to back up this claim.
After googling and reading through the terms of GiveSendGo, it appears to me that they charge a fee (to the user? to the credit card company? I don't know) for every donation they get by credit card.
And Discover has decided not to do business with GiveSendGo, a shadier and more confusing cousin of GoFundMe.
It looks as simple as that.
If someone can find a MSM article, or business media, that states Discover has tried not to allow their credit card holders to donate to this shooter's fundraising effort, please post it. And no, Reddit isn't MSM.
A correlation to this may be the current situation where stores are not allowing cash purchases. Think about where this could lead...you are not allowed to pay with cash, and then you cannot purchase certain items (guns and ammo come to mind) with a card.
This is when things of real value like gold, silver, copper or a service can be used instead of cards or cash.
Until the activists pressure the banks to close accounts of the fundraisers and to not accept checks

Agreed. I wish people would wake up and realize the left leaning democrats are trying to enforce an outright dictatorship. They try to disguise it behind some faux liberalism, but it won't take much for these people to use this train of thought against anything they don't like.
Obviously credit card companies are liberal-leaning and considering folks guilty BEFORE being proven innocent (or not)! NOT good for the future of America if the accused are presumed guilty automatically!

Most of the biggest corporations are supporting leftist/liberal/democrat voters, politicians, etc, because their policies of big government with regulations will help destroy smaller companies and prevent new ones from trying to start up, and this in the end eliminate the competition. And, their push for welfare and mass immigration also allows the companies to keep wages low and benefits non existent. Disney hires almost exclusively foreigners on work visas, thanks to the democrat policies. Big manufacturing hubs moved out of the USA thanks to NAFTA, which was signed by Bill Clinton. Many more would have left for good if Hillary got in and signed the TPP.

Anyone can watch the videos and determine for themselves. People reaching the conclusion that he defended himself constitutionally have the right to assist him in defending his case in a court of law

Large corporations have too much power, but in this case I might just chalk it up to a business decision. Let's see if their competitors follow suit. And even if they do, people can still send a check, so there are ways around it.

The paranoia that surrounds Trumpers is astounding. The title of the OP is totally bogus. There are no news stories at all that Discover is trying to cut off money specifically to the Rittenhouse Fundraiser. But what is the case is that one more right wing entity surrounding Trump was doing shady stuff and got caught. Hence Discover cut them off.
