CNN published an article yesterday about the Atlantic article and said they had not checked it. Today they were able to speak with the sources, and confirmed it. That's Fox, CNN, AP, and WaPo. Quite a mixed bag of news outlets.
What? Mixed bag? CNN, AP, and WaPo are all hard Left. Fox is a bit different, but not all that much.

I don't know if this is true or not. But if it comes out that it is, its a final test for the right in measuring if they have a any integrity left. If the same people who freaked because a Marine held an umbrella for Obama don't 100% denounce Trump if this turns out to be real, they have not a fraction of a fraction of a fraction of a shred of integrity.
Why would anyone "denounce" a President? That's utterly idiotic. He is our servant. The only thing that matters is the service he provides compared to the alternatives. Even if he did what he is unconvincingly accused of, so what? We already know that he is better than the alternative in regard to doing what is good for the country.

John Kelly’s statement on the matter would qualify as a first-hand eyewitness account admissible in court and an unimpeachable source, especially when his words were supported by others who were there at the same time.
When one person makes a statement that is explosive, a good reporter will call anyone else who fits the time frame of the story to get something to compare it to. That is precisely what Jeffrey Goldberg did. WaPo, AP, CNN, and Fox all followed the same pattern when the Atlantic story broke, and all four confirmed it as true.
All of the denial in the world from people still on the WH payroll won’t make a dent in the facts.

My boss is married to a Vietnamese woman. She dislikes the US military because she remembers them bombing her village, and then ramsacked the village and raped her own mother, then killed her. What Trump has done is no where near to what actual American soldiers were doing. Most soldiers were good, but sadly, the worst men were the ones that were leading. Explains why so many soldiers coming back became alcoholics and popping pills, because they had a hard time to deal with the horrors they participated in.
