These are the words of our fearless commander in chief who was so proud of a big and beautiful military budget he takes all the credits for.

I'm not saying the military's in love with me -- the soldiers are, the top people in the Pentagon probably aren't because they want to do nothing but fight wars so that all of those wonderful companies that make the bombs and make the planes and make everything else stay happy," Trump told reporters at a White House news conference.
1-17-1961, Eisenhower warned of big military:

Eisenhower warned, "[while] we recognize the imperative need for this development...We must not fail to comprehend its grave implications we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence…The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist."

Trump may be the most anti-war president we have ever had. You'd think the left, who have always hated the industrial-military complex, would be more inclined to vote for Trump, than war monger democrats like Biden

Trump sounds a bit like:

"Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket fired signifies in the final sense, a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, those who are cold and are not clothed. This world in arms is not spending money alone. It is spending the sweat of its laborers, the genius of its scientists, the hopes of its children. This is not a way of life at all in any true sense. Under the clouds of war, it is humanity hanging on a cross of iron." - Dwight D. Eisenhower

"In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists, and will persist." - Dwight D. Eisenhower

Unless you have proof of him saying it on tape ---- you have no proof and he didn't say it.

Trump has given a boatload of money towards veterans causes, over the years.

Military men and women must be busy pondering Trump' question "what is it in for them" to die under command of warmongering dopes and babies unable to win wars while smart and savvy captains bone spur of America climb to the top of wealth and power.

So, are you for Trump's policiy of no new wars, or for Obama's policy of getting into 3 wars-for-profit?

...and you still believe he paid Russian hookers to pee on Obama's bed, and said neo-Nazis were very fine people.

Donald Trump hasn't set our country back. you made a pretty bold statement. you mind pointing out one way he has set the country back?
Our General Officers served, some from the rank of Private upwards. Most were LTs at the PLT level. They went through the ranks caring for our Soldiers and their families. Platoon, Company, Battallion, Division levels.

They served in Desert Storm, Afghanistan, Iraq - most in hazardous conditions and guaranteed all of them have dealt with delivering messages to family members about their warriors lost in combat. To think they want war and are in it for a profit is a disgusting thing for a President of the United States to say.

These Generals know their Soldiers more than a Trump Univ, Draft Dodger will ever know.

Trump says he knows more than the Generals. You fell for that. Hook Line and Sinker. Snake Oil salesman.
