Local attorneys for Taylor's family have clarified that she was working as an ER technician at two area hospitals at the time of her March 13 death, with aspirations of becoming a nurse.

The KY AG stated that Taylor's apartment had been used by her drug dealer ex-boyfriend to receive illicit deliveries and that drugs and money were kept in her apartment as a means of the ex not keeping them in his residence, thereby attempting to hide them from the police.

Why are you paying a settlement if you believe nothing illegal happened?

The 3 charges of Wanton (Reckless) Endangerment are due to some of the police bullets entering the apartment next door, endangering a man, a woman, and a child.
So he's charged w/ having poor aim?

Yes I'm being snarky but Jesus H Christ that's really reaching for any kind of charge. I'm surprised they didn't get ticketed for littering for their bullets.

Same reason all these companies made public supporting statements of Black Lives Matter.

In hopes that people wouldn't attack them, riot and burn stuff.

Are you confusing the former with the then current BF?

The then current BF was a licensed gun owner and thought it was a home invasion. They were asleep and did not hear anyone announce “Police“.

With the exception of one neighbor, none heard the Police announce themselves.
