David McDaniel Jr., 18, of Cleveland, was charged Tuesday with two counts of aggravated murder in Cleveland Municipal Court, records show. A 17-year-old male, who was not identified because of his age, faces aggravated murder, aggravated robbery and felonious assault charges in Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court.

Court records don't indicate whether McDaniel has an attorney to speak for him.

McDaniel and the 17-year-old are accused of killing Cleveland police detective James Skernivitz, 53, and Scott Dingess, 50, as they sat in Skernivitz's unmarked police car Thursday night.
These are the kinds of savages "empowered" by domestic terrorists like BLM-and encouraged by the Democratic party.

Funny isn't it how a search for James Skernivitz on MSNBC and NBC both return zero hits. It's like...they won't report the story. I wonder why that is.

It was an attempted robbery. I don’t think they knew it was a cop. Not sure what BLM has to do with this but I guess this is how some of you operate.

Your own article calls it a robbery.

How can a robber be "encouraged" by BLM? If this is a hate crime you may have a point but robbery can be traced back to the beginning of history. Are you going to credit Robin Hood to BLM too?

Well there was a BLM leader who said looting was a legitimate form of protest, a means to receive reparations.

It was a robbery, not a looting.

Fox News called them "teens".

Does that Fox News is on the naughty list?

How is it that you know what is in the mind of murderers or is it only justifiable empathy for murderers ?
