Mary Trump could volunteer hers and give evidence through family relation like how they caught the Golden State Killer.
We will find you: DNA search used to nab Golden State Killer can home in on about 60% of white Americans

If you’re white, live in the United States, and a distant relative has uploaded their DNA to a public ancestry database, there’s a good chance an internet sleuth can identify you from a DNA sample you left somewhere. That’s the conclusion of a new study, which finds that by combining an anonymous DNA sample with some basic information such as someone’s rough age, researchers could narrow that person’s identity to fewer than 20 people by starting with a DNA database of 1.3 million individuals.

No it's not, there is already case law that prevents someone from suing an elected official for defamation if the official is answering questions from the press.

Do you like our tax dollars being used to defend Trump’s libel rape case?

Reduce DOJ's budget by twice the amount spent in the case and bill Trump.

I suspect that the DNA has already been confirmed as his. Knowing Trump, why would anyone doubt his guilt.

It's a 25 year old case? She filed a report with the police, then? What were the results of their investigation?

Nope. It's an allegation that she made just before her book was coming out last summer.

I guess Bill Clinton got screwed defending himself against the Paula Jones lawsuit. No AG has ever pulled something like Barr is pulling. Welcome to covering your boss's a$$.

Heard another explanation which makes sense to why the DOJ is legally handle the case. The charge against Trump isn't the original nasty rape assault that that he committed awhile ago.

The case involves the defamation charge that idiot committed was in office.

If Americans could sue the POTUS every time they feel like it, we'd have a POTUS continuously defending himself and unable to perform his duties.

Just think of the lawsuits that could occur if family members sued Trump for his dereliction/malpractice for not handling COVID-19 appropriately.
