Trump was POTUS. As George W used to say Trump was the decider. Like I said look at Japan or even Sweden. That was the way to go.

To lock us all down until the “vaccine”?
No, but if he had told the public the danger and mandated testing, social distancing contact tracing and masks I don't think we would be in the mess we are in today.

How many people do you test? Everyone? Remember most don’t show symptoms. Mass testing everyone including people with zero symptoms does nothing but cause more panic

The WHO and Fauci said masks were not needed in the beginning

Hospitalizations are going down massively. Fact is the pandemic is pretty much over but is continuing for political purposes

Trump screwed up the pandemic response. And to put a cherry on top decided it was a good idea to go on the record with Bob Woodward who already wrote a critical book about Trump. Woodward, a liberal who was most certainly not going to do Trump any favors. And not only go on the record but allow Woodward to record him. Admitting he intentionally mislead the American people. What on earth was Trump thinking?

America is not those countries.

Hell Sweden didn’t even really have a lockdown

Shutting down the economy was a bad idea and it looks like like it did not help

It seems to be liberals only idea though

It was all about keeping the economy going for his reelection. And instead of listening to Fauci and other experts in the White House he listened to some quack out there who said the virus would be gone by April.

For Trump's hunch thousands needlessly died.
Biden does have more leadership and government experience, so leading a country through a pandemic would be something he could do much better than Trump. He was VP during H1N1, SARS, MERS, ebola. He knew about the flu pandemic playbook and even encouraged Trump to adopt some of the strategies outlined in the document.

Even if Trump is entirely incapable of leadership, which we know to be the case, the very least he could do is be honest with Americans. Trump didn’t even have the decency for that.

I would love to see how some of you who are so critical would handle situations that a sitting POTUS does. With the media all over every move you make.
oh yes, don't forget about the song and dance about Stupid discovering the cure for cancer, that's always a hoot

Why create mass panic over a virus with a 99% recovery rate?

Sure Trump could have maybe done some things better, But let’s be honest. Nothing other than permanent, perpetual lockdowns would make the left feeL “safe”
