Its certain neighborhoods and lousy upbringings yes. If you were born into an affluent family in a nice neighborhood, you probably wouldn't understand. A life of crime is sometimes all kids know. Not really their fault. They're parents shouldn't have reproduced
I would say that it is not that hard to avoid committing crimes both the petty type and more serious ones.
I don't know what is going on in Florida but I would guess that the Left is upset because certain felons cannot pay the restitution and fines to get their voting Rights back. I'd say well then you should have listened to your mom and stopped hanging out with those loser friends on the corner that rob, rape, steal and sell drugs.
We have all done stupid things when we were growing up and sometimes we were caught and taught a lesson. I guess some never learned and keep upping their crimes which leads to long rap sheets and felonies convictions.
It is a vicious cycle. These bad boys and girls should have just listened to their moms.
