No, he doesn't care. The people who cheer and clap for him can drop dead tomorrow, as long as they cheer and clap today.
He wants adulation NOW and is incapable of understanding even the simplest cause-and-effect. I.e - "if I gather my supporters in a huge crowd, some of them might get sick and be unable to vote for me".
He probably also figures Daddy Vladdy will take care of securing his re-election, even if every last member of his base is dead from COVID by election day.

Surely he understands that they could possibly compromise those in his clan that attend. If so they may be forced into Voting by mail, and we all know that is compromised. Does he even really care?

Fact and science are just that, facts and science. There aren't Liberal and Conservative facts. The assertion that a Trump rally, or bike week spread COVID, while the ongoing protests, riots, marches, etc. do not is just hypocrisy. Yes, the virus is real, yes gathering in groups is stupid. Claiming one group is more prone to exposure based on political expediency is just stupid.
Same way the Dems host "super spreader" Rioting, Looting, & Destroy America events.

Nah. I resigned myself to trump's inevitable re-election a long time ago. The world is trash, and will continue to be, who cares? Let's face it, it probably always was.
I'm sure there will be lots of other people for you to make fun of on election day though, so hang in there.
Honestly, my mom died this year and I don't care about anything. Every day is just marking time until I get to die too.
The way I look at it, nobody forces people to attend these things and yet people pick and choose which gatherings to be offended by and which to turn a blind eye towards.
