President Trump was nominated earlier this week for a Nobel Peace Prize and has just been nominated for another one. The second one is for brokering a historic peace deal between Serbia and Kosovo.
A member of the Swedish Parliament, Magnus Jacobson, announced that he was nominating the Trump administration and the two European nations for their “joint work for peace and economic development, through the cooperation agreement signed in the White House.”

Christian Tybring-Gjedde, who is also chairman to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, has nominated President Donald J. Trump for a 2021 Nobel Peace Prize. The Norwegian official notes that his decision to make the nomination was based on the facts and not on emotion, citing the Nobel Peace Prize Barack Obama won for “doing nothing.”

What people are you thinking of? Trump? Because he did not support the invasion, if that's who you had in mind. I personally never expressed support for the invasion of Iraq, so it's disingenuous of you to tie my post in with people who you believe supported the invasion.

They have gone completely off the rails, and are going to meet some serious pushback when it comes time to vote. No denying it like everything else Trump does its just a smoke and mirrors illusion that the faithful accept without question. Although he may not have initiated any new conflicts overseas he has done wonders to stoke the flames of racial hatred in this country almost to the point of making domestic terrorism acceptable. Afterall in Charlottesville he referred to the neo-nazi's as "‘very fine people ’ rather than publicly condemning them.

Inspector Rune Skjold, the head of the economic crimes section of the Oslo police, said that investigators had been in touch with the F.B.I. since last fall, which suggests that the forged nominations originated in the United States. He said the police believed that the same perpetrator was behind both forgeries.
