I just don't see it. I want to see Biden and Trump in a debate. Donald would shout insults with little substance, while Biden would talk about issues. There is no change, he's been pretty much the same for years. Gaffes for sure, but worse then Trump? I don't think so.

If someone is fat, it doesn't take a doctor for people to know. It's obvious. It's the same with dementia in the later stages. Some people are able to pick up on it during the early stages, if they had first hand experience dealing with a loved one with dementia. It's a fairly common thing.
This never-ending focus on dementia hardly seems like a winning move for Trump supporters.
And, the denial that Biden is not suffering dementia by anyone is also not a winning move. It shows ignorance and/or a lack of compassion for someone so far gone.

Seriously, when an illness, whether mental or physical, enters the final stages, an MD is not needed to see that something is wrong. It is better to realize it with a loved one/friend, etc. in the early stages, as now, there are things they can do to sometimes slow the process. Denial is not a good thing when it comes to any illness whether physical or mental.
It isn't even his speech, it is a total body thing that is going on.
Imagine him challenging foreign leaders to a fight, or groping their wives and daughters. He has lost impulse control, if he ever had it. All of these things will get worse.
