Trump will never be respected and adored like Obama.
Yeah, I think that's the point, Obama was an unmitigated disaster for the country and yet dumb people still "respect and adore" him....to include the mainstream media.
And trumparians accuse their opposition of every crime trump has committed multiple times. Amazing. But its their game plan, admit nothing and accuse the other side of every crime in the book and see if anything sticks.
Maybe we should look very close at Trump's birth records. I think he was born in Russia....
both narcissists wanted to be adored. in spite of his blatant hypocrisy, obama accomplished that goal. trump never will.

My distaste for Trump was born the day he came out with those ridiculous birtherism claims.
I know Obama wasn't perfect, but at least he took the job more seriously. He got us out of that economic mess and prevented H1N1 and Ebola from spiraling out of control.
Did Obama lie at times? Of course. All politicians do. But Trump, the outsider who railed against lying politicians, is an even bigger one himself.
I read that he exhorted his audience at the rally last night to chant "lock him up," suggesting (without proof, of course) that Obama should be arrested for his spying on Trump's campaign.
Trump really needs to come up with new material.
Didn't he speak of having Hillary arrested in the debates and while on the stump in 2016? Yet, there she is, relishing the fact that she warned us about him and a lot of it ended up being true.
I take delight in seeing Trump seething with jealousy over the fact that Obama is admired around the country and the world more than he is. Obama is also vastly more intelligent, he has a lovely family, and he completed two terms that now seem squeaky clean by comparison.
He tried to undermine Obama with birthirism, and all it did was plant the seeds for much of the racial unrest we see today.
Remember Watergate?? Now imagine for a moment that Nixon had used every federal intelligence agency and several foreign intelligence assets to spy on the Democratic Party and his opponent's campaign. Now imagine for a moment that he lost the election, so Nixon preemptively entraps and frames several members of the incoming administration. Imagine for a moment that Richard Nixon had set up the FBI and the rest to wage war against the new president to ensure that the new president can't get things done. Imagine that Richard Nixon manufactured a completely fictitious conspiracy theory that he knows will result in years of investigation, further crippling the incoming president.
Now imagine for a moment that you don't have to imagine anything at all, because all of that is exactly what Barack Obama actually did

To use Trump's favorite words and phrases against him, Obamagate is a hoax. It's Fake News.
What politician wouldn't be envious of Obama? Obama was able to screw up everything he touched and be one of the most corrupt presidents we've ever had and still be adored by his simple minded supporters based on the color of his skin. Hell they gave the man a Nobel prize for just existing.
Who else would get that kind of blind support?
I don't know if he was anymore corrupt than anyone else in politics, but he was a do nothing president. He really just hung out at the White House for 8 years and smiled a lot.
Obama claimed Trump would never be President, yet here he is. Obama even made fun of Trump at the White House Correspondents' Dinner in which Trump was in the audience. I firmly believe that propelled Trump to run for President and win! That's a damn good way to get back at Obama.
And yet more than half the country hates Trump's guts.

LOL, yes he was! He is the primary reason behind the rise in identitarian politics that is such a problem today. He was arguably the most divisive president of modern history.
Again, he's not judged based on the quality of job he did, he's judged based on the color of his skin...that's why people still worship him today despite his complete failure of a presidency.
