The Democrat Governor tried to shut the state down, but the Trump-judge nixed it.
I hope Pennsylvania votes for freedom Nov 3rd, and against oppressive Democrats; like their Governor.
Now that they got to see how far left the Governor they elected really is, I hope the voters will reverse course.
It really shows the wisdom of Trump supporters !!!
Another one or two SCOTUS appointments is possible too !!!
This Trump appointed judge ruled just the way many people understood the constitution, those who have read it anyway !!!
It also shows how many democrats are want-a-be dictators that must be reigned in !!!
There can be no new normal designed by democrat dictators !!!
From the link : Furthermore, he said, the Constitution “cannot accept the concept of a ‘new normal’ where the basic liberties of the people can be subordinated to open-ended emergency mitigation measures.”
This is why Trump's 200 Federal Court Appointments are so important now, and for the next few decades
How come they didn't do the same to Republican Governors
The interesting factoid here is that PA was not any more locked down than most other States. There was no stay at home order, restaurants are open at partial capacity, masks are required in grocery stores etc like we have here in FL.
I'm rejoicing because I want us to beat that "1917" Pandemic record for total deaths. This will help.
I'm sure you also want most Pennsylvanians to be forced to hide under their sheets while Wolf and his appointees surreptitiously move their relatives out of the enforced lockdowns.
