7 miles from my place. Yeah, Latinos here in Miami don't like socialism. Me neither.

Liberal news media showed pictures of kids being kept in cages.

Liberal news media attributed the kids in cages to the Trump administration.

It comes out that the AP took those pictures of kids in cages back in 2014.

"Kids in cages" picture turned out to be Obama's kids in cages.

Oops.

Liberal media quietly removes the 2014 pictures of kids in cages.

You can try to parse it any way you want, but Obama built the cages, and put the kids there. Nobody cared when Obama was keeping kids in cages, only when Trump did it.

I gave you some historical facst. You asked for links to back it up. I gave you the links that back up my historical facts.

Nothing you have said here has disputed those facts. If you are arguing that Obama treated his kids in cages better than Trump treated his kids in cages, then fine. But you cant berate Trump for the act of keeping them in cages without berating Obama for keeping them there first.

Ok fine, I should have been more clear. I knew Obama had detention centers aswell.

But how they treated migrants is vastly different. Especially during the pandemic, and now a report about unwanted surgical procedures being performed.

And the question remains do American parents who have broken the law get to take their kids to jail with them? Um no, so why should illegals be exempt from that? Kids were separated from their "supposed" parents also when child trafficing was suspected. They weren't cages per se anyway they were holding facilities. Their needs were taken care of as best we could in spite that we had hundreds of thousands crashing our border in caravan after caravan.

Wait.... you're mad that American immigration officials are conducting the types of investigations that have shown upwards of 30% of kids crossing with "family" are actually trafficked?

You'd rather see a portion of these kids be sex slaves or face an uncertain future in America than sit in a "detention center" for a bit so that the trafficked kids can be weeded out from legitimate families?

What a screwed up moral compass.

They're all fake asylum seekers anyway. 90% never have a legitimate claim, and a vast majority never show up for asylum hearings.

Tell your fellow countrymen (the ones you identify with so much you've made it a central part of even your online identity) to come correct, or not come at all. Brazil has a much easier immigration policy and process. And it's actually CLOSER to many parts of Central America than the US. What's that? No freebies and gimmedats in Brazil?

Pobrecitos. Wait in the facility then. Blame your fellow countrymen for abusing the process with impunity for too long.
