Do you think ACB is one?

She lived an impressive life. May she rest in peace. She was a horrible SCOTUS Justice, because she did not follow the constitution and instead was a leftist activist. That's not the role of a justice. Let's now jam through a true constitutionalist ASAP.

McConnell just released statement saying he'll take Trump's nominee directly to the floor of the Senate....

Way things are going for her senator Collins might as well go ahead and vote, if there is one for SCOTUS. Her polling numbers are horrible for an incumbent and it is increasingly looking like she won't be around in 2021.

The good lady should have thought about things before she voted for the last SCOTUS nominee.

First and foremost RIP to RBG...I would not have agreed with her on alot of things but I have a respect for her doing something as long as she had been doing it..

THat being said, this is a gift wrap for Trump...he will nominate a young, conservative woman to the bench...that will nullify the feminist protests while ensuring he gets a 3rd pick that will last generations. And he has a month to do it before the election witha simple majority Senate Judicial Commitee. Just WOW

Politically speaking this is a HORRIBLE day to be a Democrat...every crazy thing that they've tried to use to rig the election just went down the toilet. Yikes

They did decide. Four years ago. They elected a Republican President and Republican majority in the Senate, and that's who is still in office, as the voters wanted.

I suspect you actually don't want THOSE voters to decide, despite what you pretend. You want a do-over, so maybe you'll get other voters to decide instead, and hope things come out differently from what the voters have already decided.

Maybe.

Trump is already running farther behind with college-educated suburban women than he did last time. This could seal his fate with those who are still pondering whether to vote for him again.

Perhaps they will find some boy she went to high school with who will claim she raped them.

Seriously that would be the advantage of a woman nominee. Harder to push the me too stuff at a woman.
