Is Biden going to stop reading off the notes on the table?

You're so wrong that it's not even funny. Senate will confirm the nomination, that is not even a question.

Remember that?

Cory Gardner. Is in a very blue state and tough reelection battle. His political future is literally on the line. Don't think Gardner will sacrifice himself for Trump.

He had the right to nominate someone. He got it. He doesn't have a right to his nomination being heard and he doesn't have a right to having his nomination approved by the Senate.

Odds are, he'll nominate someone they'll approve of, but it's not automatic.
How cute. You act as if they were acting according to some lofty principles as opposed to partisan interest. I guess that explains why Mitch McConnell is suddenly so eager to vote now whereas he pushed it off then.

Yes, it is automatic. Just the fact that it was Obama pitching a candidate to a GOP Senate meant the whole thing was DOA right from the start. If they have to, they will put anyone with a pulse in there who leans right and implies they're down to gut abortion and proliferate guns. Why would they pass up this opportunity?

Wow, honestly thought this was fake news. First, irregardless of her positions, she loved this country and fought through a lot for what she believed in!

RIP, my condolences to her family and friends. Politics can wait for another day!!!
