A 4-4 court cannot decide a contested election.

Since Biden is unlikely to accept defeat, the Senate must fill the Ginsberg vacancy.

Packing the Supreme Court with Conservatives or Liberals is nothing new.

Under FDR he was packing the Court with only those friendly to his New Deal programs.

Under Trump we all know, in advance, who will get picked!

The Republicans should absolutely ram a nomination through before Nov 3rd.

Hillary Clinton has already stated that under no circumstances should Biden concede the election.

The possibility that the SCOTUS will determine the winner of the election is actually quite high.

Assuming that Trump has to file a lawsuit to protest a rigged election against him, a 4-4 decision from the Supreme Court will not help him.

It's a different situation today.

The court is set to deadlock on suits arising from a contested election.


Besides, Joe "it's not an option" Biden is all for it....
